Sales Marketing Representative Sell-Out - Abruzzo
We are looking for a Sales Marketing Representative to join our Sell-Out Team at Bolton Food, based in Pescara.
How you make the difference
As a SMR Sell Out, you will play a crucial role in driving product sales at the retail level, ensuring effective product placement, fostering strong relationships with retailers, and executing promotional strategies to maximize sell-out performance and meet business targets.
How your agenda looks like:
- Peripheral negotiation at the point of sale (managing relationships with store managers, in-store promotions, display boxes, facing, promotional spaces);
- Through daily monitoring of the assigned area, ensuring compliance with activities agreed upon in the Sell-In (promotions and assortments);
- Consumer data analysis (monitoring BF pricing vs competition, reviewing and interpreting promotional actions, reporting discrepancies vs targets) and qualitative analysis of product launches;
- Shelf Allocation and implementation of category projects, in collaboration with the Trade Marketing team;
- Application and control of strategies and techniques for managing assortments, product display and presentation, and handling POP materials.
Your team:
This position reports directly to the Area Manager Sell-Out of Bolton Food. There are no direct reports for this role, but you will work closely with different departments.

How you look like:
- Education: Master's Degree in Economics, Marketing, or related fields with an interest in pursuing a career in Marketing/Sales;
- Excellent proficiency in the Office Suite;
- Local Language: Italian (required); proficiency in English is also essential;
- Willingness to relocate within the assigned area (Italy, Sicily);
- Strong interpersonal skills aimed at building solid and lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Ability to plan work according to priorities and urgencies, with a critical approach focused on data and "excellence in execution";
- A fast learner open to change, eager to continuously challenge oneself to achieve the best results with an entrepreneurial spirit;
- A positive and energetic team player capable of instilling trust and a sense of responsibility.
