Bolton Home & Personal Care, business unit leader in Home & Personal Care FMCG market, present in several countries with brands leader in their sectors (Neutro Roberts, Borotalco, Chilly, Smac, Omino Bianco, Bilboa, Rogé Cavaillès, Omia, etc..) is currently looking for a “Sustainability Development Intern”!

What are you going to do:

As a bright intern you will work closely with our Sustainable Development Manager in order to contribute to the sustainability transition of a wide range of products in a leading FMCG company!

This internship will give you first-hand insights into sustainability communication processes, technical procedures, methodologies and themes, deepening systems and practices that are aligned to ensure business needs are met through flawless although bearable execution.

In particular you will face several challenges and activities:

• Benchmarking and data analysis to set sustainability strategies and goals;
• Actively monitor sustainability and environmental trends focusing on best practices in FMCG sector;
• Support the BU Sustainability Team with Group’s reporting activities (GRI Guidelines), working with other departments to collect data;
• Contribute to supervise the environmental footprint of Home & Personal Care products, according to Circular Economy and Life Cycle Assessment criteria;
• Sustain brands like Borotalco, Neutro Roberts, Omia, Citrosil, Omino Bianco and WC Net in developing a strong and reliable sustainability communication (i.e. social media, web sites, awards, prizes, etc.)
• Create and be a solid partner in engagement activities with employees, suppliers, clients, NGOs, etc.

Who and what we are looking for:

• A brilliant laureate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Environmental Economics and similar;
• Proficient in Italian and English (French is a plus);
• Digital savvy (Office Suite; experience with software like SimaPro or Quantis is a plus);
• Be one of our most passionate and committed sustainability ambassador!

• Capable of organizing work in a analytical, methodical and rigorous manner, planning according to priorities and urgencies;
• A fast learner keen to evolve challenging himself/herself daily in order to reach excellence and focus on customers and stakeholders satisfaction with a propositional approach;
• Able to collect and critically interpret results with a proactive and precise attitude in order to make significant improvements and generate added value;
• An easy-going, dynamic and cooperative partner, able to deal with internal teams and external stakeholders with a straight-to-the-point, persuasive, hands-on and inclusive communication;
