Sustainable Development Intern

We are looking for a Sustainability Development Intern to join our Sustainable Development team in our Home and Personal Care business unit based in Italy.

How your agenda looks like:

We are searching for an easy-going, dynamic and cooperative partner, able to deal with internal teams and external stakeholders with a straight-to-the-point, persuasive, hands-on and inclusive communication, capable of organizing work in a analytical and rigorous manner, a fast learner keen to evolve challenging himself/herself daily in order to reach excellence and focus on customers and stakeholders satisfaction with a propositional approach.

You will face several challenges and activities:

• Benchmarking and data analysis to set sustainability strategies and goals;
• Actively monitor sustainability and environmental trends focusing on best practices in FMCG sector;
• Support the BU Sustainability Team with Group’s reporting activities (GRI Guidelines), working with other departments to collect data;
• Contribute to supervise the environmental footprint of Home & Personal Care products, according to Circular Economy and Life Cycle Assessment criteria;
• Sustain brands like Borotalco, Neutro Roberts, Omia, Citrosil, Omino Bianco and WC Net in developing a strong and reliable sustainability communication (i.e. social media, web sites, awards, prizes, etc.);
• Create and be a solid partner in engagement activities with employees, suppliers, clients, NGOs, etc.

Your team:

As a bright intern you will work closely with our Sustainable Development Manager.

How you look like:

• Education: A brilliant laureate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Environmental Economics and similar Work Experience
• Technical Skills: Digital savvy (Office Suite; experience with software like SimaPro or Quantis is a plus)
• Local language: Proficient in Italian and English (French is a plus)
