Total Reward & People & Organization IS Intern

We are looking for a Total Reward & P&O IS Intern to join our People & Organization (P&O) Team based in Milan.

How you make the difference

You will support the Total Reward team in compensation analysis, P&O data management and total reward initiatives. You will gain hands-on exposure to global reward processes while contributing to data-driven decision making and the continuous improvement of Bolton’s people practices.

How your agenda looks like:

• You will contribute in the annual compensation cycle (salary review, job evaluation, bonus management etc) and assist in the analysis of compensation data to support reward decisions and benchmarking activities;
• You will assist in the total reward ongoing projects (pay transparency and pay equity analysis etc);
• You will help in developing and maintaining P&O reports related to the main P&O KPI’s and metrics, ensuring high standards of data quality and accuracy across all P&O systems;
• You will support P&O IS initiatives and new tool implementations, including the rollout of new modules (e.g. compensation tools).

Your team:

You will report directly to our Group Total Reward & P&O IS Manager.

What makes you a great fit:

• Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Highly Analytical: You possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Excel Proficiency: An advanced command of Microsoft Excel is essential, including the ability to create spreadsheets, analyze data, and generate reports.
• Exceptional Attention to Detail: Your precision and accuracy are paramount in managing critical P&O data and processes.
• Fluent English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must.
• Proactive & Eager to Learn: You're a self-starter with a strong desire to learn and contribute to a global P&O team.
