Junior Product Manager - Temporary Contract

We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our Marketing team in Slovenia, Nova Gorica.

How you make the difference

As a Junior Product Manager you will support the Marketing team for FMCG and Adhesives category in day-to-day activities, from promo materials, sampling and consumer care to product catalogues and POS materials, while keeping logistics and administration processes running smoothly.

How your agenda looks like:

• Marketing reporting and coordination: prepare monthly and yearly reports (promo materials, co-packing, sampling) and coordinate daily the delivery of promo materials and sampling.
• Clients/trade: managing clients portals, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of product data
• Consumer care: manage consumer inquiries and complaints.
• Content and marketing materials: create product catalogues, articles and media posts; translate websites, product descriptions and brand articles; support the design of new POS materials, consumer promotional gadgets, image pages, customer catalogues and leaflets; deliver activities and materials for smaller marketing projects (PR packages, events).
• Product launch and logistics support: handle logistics data, codes for new products, artwork and graphic check; maintain business records (declarations, co-packs, pallets); monitor co-packing and repacking; manage green tax calculation and registration and safety data sheets.
  
  

Your team:

You will directly report to our Marketing Senior Manager and closely collaborate with the other Product Managers.

What makes you a great fit:

• Education: bachelor's or master’s degree in Economics, Marketing or related fields;
• Work Experience: at least 6 months of previous experience in similar roles;
• Technical Skills: confident handling of MS Office (Excel, PPT); very good understanding of numbers;

• Soft Skills: strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset;

• Local language: fluent in Slovenian and English.
