Bolton Home & Personal Care, business unit leader in Home & Personal Care FMCG market, present in several countries with brands leader in their sectors (Neutro Roberts, Borotalco, Chilly, Smac, Omino Bianco, Bilboa, Cavaillès, Omia exc.) is currently looking for an “HR INTERN” for Nova Milanese’s site (car owner to reach the site).

 

Jumpstart your career joining our international HR Department! We are looking for a brilliant laureate eager to commit himself/herself to all new HR 4.0 challenges!

 

The candidate will join our energic and HR team in a fast-paced, dynamic and structured environment, dealing daily with all the main HR processes (Recruiting and Selection, Learning & Development, People Strategy, Organization, Internal Communication, Employer Branding, HR Metrics).

Our internship will give you first-hand insights into all these processes, deepening systems and practices that are aligned to ensure business needs are met through flawless execution.

As an intern in HR you will work closely with the HR Manager, supporting and trying to fulfill all the main department requirements in order to guarantee the best performance standards.

 

Besides the HR processes mentioned, our candidate will have the opportunity to tackle several challenges related to new important and remarkable projects:

 

Digital Transformation:

  • Contribute to redefine the new ways of working according to incoming challenges (from reconceptualization of smartworking to introduction of new digital tools to manage and book organizational spaces);
  • Rethink our digital communication process, trying to detect and ideate new ways/tools to communicate with our Boltonians and carrying out current projects  (intranet/Sharepoint/digital totems exc.);
  • Streamline, speed up and enhance onboarding flow working on digital tools (f.e. Teams) in order to better supervise HR KPI and lead time;
  • Handle, improve and upscale our learning platform.

 

Career Path:

  • Contribute to prepare and supervise Assessment centers related to our junior and senior accelerator programs;
  • Manage all the activities related to career plans (Hackathon, managerial trainings and support to ideation of new career paths);
  • Actively work on filling generational gaps carrying out several age management and talent acquisition projects (scouting, partnership with Universities/technical schools).

 

Welfare:

  • Build and manage an editorial plan being compliant with Communication and legal requisites;
  • Monitor and supervise welfare activities (including dedicated trainings) focusing also on follow-ups;

 

Who we are looking for:

  • A brilliant laureate with a Master’s Degree in Economics / Organization / Management / Psicology / Human Resources or similar branches;
  • Strong passion for people development, innovation, and/or process re-engineering, organization designing, analytics, performance evaluation, technology trends;
  • Fluent in English and digital savvy (in particular for Office Suite);
