Industrial Controller Home Care

Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire come Industrial Controller nel team Finance Home Care della Business Unit Home Care, Personal care and Beauty, con sede a Nova Milanese.

Come farai la differenza:

Supportando l'analisi economico-finanziaria e i processi decisionali che contribuiscono alla redditività e all'efficienza della divisione Home Care, fornirai assistenza nella raccolta e nell'analisi di dati economici e industriali, trasformandoli in insight utili, garantendo al contempo una solida governance finanziaria e la conformità alle policy aziendali.

Come sarà la tua agenda:  

• Business Partner per i team di Operations, Supply Chain e Produzione, supportando le decisioni economico-finanziarie legate alle performance industriali;
• Esecuzione del processo di chiusura mensile del perimetro industriale
• Sviluppo e aggiornamento delle previsioni economiche e del budget (LE – Latest Estimate, BGT – Budget), con focus sui costi industriali e produttivi;
• Contribuire alla predisposizione della reportistica periodica relativa a costi industriali, performance di stabilimento, varianze produttive ed efficienze
• Collaborare alla valorizzazione di materie prime, costi di trasformazione, monitorando le varianze tra costi standard e consuntivi.
• Responsabile della gestione dei WBS (Work Breakdown Structure);

Il tuo team: 

Riporterai direttamente all’Industrial Controlling Manager.

Il tuo profilo: 

• Istruzione: hai una laurea magistrale in Economia, Finanza o Management;

• Esperienza lavorativa: 1-2  anni in ambito Controlling;

• Competenze tecniche: hai una buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office e di Excel, oltre a forti capacità analitiche;
• Conoscenza dell’italiano e dell’inglese fluente

• Salario di partenza: da €40.000 (sulla base di esperienza e skills) 

• Variabile: Sì, PPO/PPI 

• Zona di lavoro: Nova Milanese, Italia 

• Tipo di contratto: Contratto a tempo indeterminato

• Possibilità di smartworking: sì

We are looking for an Industrial Controller to join the Home Care Finance team within the Home Care, Personal Care and Beauty Business Unit, based at Nova Milanese.

How you make the difference:

By supporting financial analysis and decision-making processes that contribute to the profitability and efficiency of the Home Care division, you will assist in collecting and analysing financial and industrial data, transforming it into valuable insights while ensuring sound financial governance and compliance with company policies.

How your agenda looks like:

• Act as a Business Partner for the Operations, Supply Chain and Production teams, supporting financial decision-making related to industrial performance;
• Execute the monthly closing process for the industrial perimeter;
• Develop and update financial forecasts and budgets (LE – Latest Estimate, BGT – Budget), with a focus on industrial and manufacturing costs;
• Contribute to the preparation of periodic reporting on industrial costs, plant performance, production variances, and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate in the valuation of raw materials and conversion costs, monitoring their impact on standard and actual costs.
• Be responsible for the management of WBS (Work Breakdown Structure);

Your team: 

You will directly report to the Industrial Controlling Manager.

How you look like:

• Education: You have a master’s degree in Economics, Finance or Management 

• Work Experience: 1-2 years of experience in controlling field

• Technical Skills: You have a good knowledge of the Office package and Excel and strong analytical skills 

• Local Language: proficiency in Italian and English is required
