Cerchiamo una figura come Industrial Finance Intern da inserire nella nostra funzione F&A nella Business Unit Home Care, Personal Care and Beauty, divisione Personal Care, con sede a Nova Milanese. 

Come farai la differenza 

Farai la differenza supportando l'analisi finanziaria e i processi decisionali che contribuiscono alla redditività e all'efficienza della Business Unit. Fornirai assistenza nella raccolta di dati finanziari accurati e nell'elaborazione di insight, garantendo una gestione finanziaria solida e la conformità con le politiche finanziarie aziendali.  

Come sarà la tua agenda: 

• Invierai giornalmente l'avanzamento dei costi di produzione e dei plant
• Gestirai quotidianamente l’anagrafica di prodotto
• Supporterai il team F&A nelle chiusure mensili dei costi industriali, inclusi costo del venduto, margini per linea di prodotto e consumi di materia prima.
• Ti occuperai della redazione e dell’inserimento dei target mensili industriali
• Fornirai aiuto nell'inserimento e nella gestione delle anagrafiche nei diversi sistemi aziendali (Akeron, SalesWare, Tagetik) 
• Supporterai i team di operations e plant management nella realizzazione dei P&L industriali
• Ti occuperai dei controlli periodici sui costi industriali e sull’efficienza dei plant, con analisi degli scostamenti principali.
• Fornirai supporto per le richieste di variance analysis (effetto mix, effetto price, effetto costo)

Che cosa ti rende un buon fit:  

• Hai una laurea specialistica, o triennale seguita da un master, in Economia, Management o affini con interesse ad intraprendere un percorso di crescita in ambito Finance 
• Hai un’ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese  
• Hai un’ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office e di Excel e buone doti analitiche 
• Proattività, autonomia, forte orientamento al risultato e capacità di lavorare in un contesto dinamico sono soft skills che ti contraddistinguono 
• Hai eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali

We are looking for a Industrial Finance Intern to join our F&A function within the Home Care, Personal Care and Beauty Business Unit, Personal Care division, based in Nova Milanese. 

How you make the difference 

You will make a difference by supporting financial analysis and decision-making processes that contribute to the profitability and efficiency of the Home Care division. You will assist in collecting accurate financial data and developing insights, ensuring solid financial management and compliance with corporate financial policies. 

How your agenda looks like:

• You will send daily updates on the progress of production and plant costs.
• You will manage the product master data on a daily basis.
• You will support the F&A team during the monthly closing of industrial costs, including cost of goods sold, margins by product line, and raw material consumption.
• You will be responsible for preparing and entering the monthly industrial targets.
• You will provide support in entering and managing master data across the different company systems (Akeron, SalesWare, Tagetik).
• You will support the Operations and Plant Management teams in the preparation of industrial P&Ls.
• You will carry out periodic checks on industrial costs and plant efficiency, analyzing the main variances.
• You will provide support for variance analysis requests (mix effect, price effect, cost effect).

What makes you a great fit: 

• You hold a Master’s degree, or a Bachelor’s degree followed by a Master’s, in Economics, Management, or related fields, with an interest in pursuing a growth path in Finance
• You have an excellent command of the English language
• You have strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel, along with solid analytical skills
• Proactivity, autonomy, a strong results orientation, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment are soft skills that distinguish you
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
