R&D Intern

We are looking for an R&D intern for the Research and Development team in the new Bolton Home Care division, which manages the market brands such as SMAC & Citrosil

How you make the difference

This position is crucial for Bolton because R&D team has the ownership to boost innovations and to contribute to develop a competitive position in the market.

How your agenda looks like:

• Support and contribute to the development of new innovation products and/or revision of existing products also in terms of cost saving in accordance with the criteria established by our policies.
• Laboratory preparation of existing or innovative formulas, characterization and monitoring of product stability.
• Traceability and reporting of laboratory activities carried out with critical analysis of the data collected and aptitude to make technical insights on the formulations.
• Collaboration with the R&D team and other company functions, to ensure, development of quality and effective products, according to local regulations; sensory and objective validation of prototypes and verification of the technical documentation of new raw materials and updating of existing ones.
• Collaborate with the Plant team for the industrialization and implementation of new products with availability to travel, when necessary.

Your team:

You will collaborate with the R&D Home Care team and you will be supported by your tutor, the Product Development Manager.
