Regulatory Intern
We are looking for a Regulatory Intern to join our Regulatory Affairs Home & Personal Care team, based in Nova Milanese.
How you make the difference
The person, supporting the Regulatory team, will be in charge of storing and updating safety sheets in raw materials database and to guarantee that all finished products put on the market are compliant to current safety and quality legislations Regulations.
How your agenda looks like:
- Check and keep abreast the products portfolio according to current regulations of the chemical sector concerning Laundry & Home Care products and substances;
- Manage all the safety data sheets concerning chemical elements for finished products and raw materials;
- Keep our safety and regulatory database up-to-date according to legislation changes or state-of the-art literature;
- Create several reports/presentations to clarify/identify eventual problems relating to substance dangerousness or quality assurance issues;
- Interact with Procurement Department, suppliers and R&D function to guarantee the best quality and safety parameters to our products;
Your team:
The resource will be integrated in a multifunctional operational team and will have specific responsibilities, from the first day in the company, with the aim of reaching and supporting business needs, through a continuous improvement approach.
What makes you a great fit:
- Education: degree in Chemical field or similar
- Technical Skills: excellent knowledge of Office Suite
- Soft Skills: organized and methodical, with strong prioritization and problem-solving skills. Proactive and precise, focused on continuous improvement and value creation. Fast learner with an entrepreneurial mindset, collaborative and adaptable in working with both internal teams and external partners.
- Local language: Italian, good English proficiency (B2+)
- In possession of a full European driving license and a car

- Internship Allowance: €900 gross per month
