We are looking for a Controller to join the Controlling Department in our Adhesives Business Unit based in Netherlands.

How you make the difference

Translating data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and optimize financial performance by fostering collaboration across departments.

How your agenda looks like:

• Data analysis to drive improvements, cost-saving opportunities and optimize financial performance
• Generate reports & dashboards about (financial) analysis to key stakeholders
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends in sales performance, pricing e.d.
• Support in developing automated reporting systems leveraging data analytics tools to streamline processes
• Establish KPI’s and data driven metrics

Your team:

You will report to the Controlling Director and work in close collaboration with the Controlling Team in the Adhesives Business Unit.

What makes you a great fit:

• Education: relevant master’s or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data science or related field
• Work Experience: 0-5 years of working experience in a data-driven position
• Technical Skills: Good proficiency in Qlick, SAP4Hana, PowerBI
• Local language: preferable
