We are looking for Junior Legal Counsel to join the Legal Department in our Adhesives Business Unit based in Netherlands.

How you make the difference

Growth opportunity for being the legal partner who enables informed decision-making and supports business objectives with legal advice and ensuring compliance.

How your agenda looks like:

• Managing pre-litigation activities and litigations
• Support in managing Intellectual Property
• Legal support to the business in Drafting, reviewing, negotiate and administer legal and transactional documentations, marketing materials and managing customer complaints
• Conducting legal researches in order to assess specific business requests;
• Collaborate and support the Group Legal & Compliance Department and the Corporate Legal Counsel in the Business Unit on operational activities

Your team:

You will report to the Adhesives Corporate Legal Counsel and work in close collaboration with the Group Legal & Compliance Department.

What makes you a great fit:

• Education: relevant master degree in Law
• Work Experience: 3 – 5 years work experience in a multinational company
• Local language: English is a must, Dutch preferable
