Place in the organization:

The Trade Product Manager is working in the International Sales Division and will report to the Marketing Manager.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Define, implement, and maintain the local product assortments for assigned categories and continuously track product performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Area Managers, distributors, and cross-functional Corporate departments within Bolton Adhesives to develop our brand position and drive sales
  • Develop and execute comprehensive regional and local 360° category activation plans.
  • Coordinate marketing activation plans and campaigns in close collaboration with distributors, ensuring effective implementation
  • Develop and track product & campaign innovation roll-out plans for assigned countries and product categories to strengthen brand position and  drive sales growth
  • Identify and consider local/regional market trends and competitor information/initiatives providing valuable insights for the right assortment and activation package
  • Act as a strategic partner for the Area Managers and distributors, offering insights and brand and product expertise to enhance decision-making and sales performance

 

 

 

 

Your profile:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in trade marketing, international marketing, or sales, preferably with A-branded FMCG or similar products
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.      Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in channel marketing and project management.
  • Experience in an international environment is highly desirable.
  • Good language proficiency in Dutch, English, and Spanish.
  • Open-minded, energetic and entrepreneurial thinking skills.
