Logistic & Customer Service Coordinator - Bolton Nederland Ad Interim

We are looking for a Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Bolton Netherlands

 

How you make the difference

This role is essential to ensure the continuity and efficiency of our logistics and customer service operation. The Logistic Coordinator will guarantee seamless order processing, partner communication, and stock flow while also supporting improvements in our supply chain processes.

 

How your agenda looks like:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers, logistics providers, and internal teams (via phone/email).
  • Ensuring accurate and timely order processing (mostly EDI) and managing order entry/validation in the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics Navision).
  • Performing order checks and follow-up: stock availability, blocked customers, repack status, and delivery scheduling.
  • Managing and updating the customer and SKU database.
  • Handling complaints and returns in collaboration with Customer Service and Sales, including issuing credit notes.
  • Collaborating closely with the internal Logistics Manager (Benelux) to monitor stock levels, plan deliveries, and coordinate with co-packers.
  • Following up on outbound logistics KPIs and managing carry-over stock.
  • Supporting invoicing activities and tracking open orders.
  • Participating in inventory counting and reconciliation.
  • Daily/weekly coordination with the Italian logistics team on inbound shipments and demand planning.

 

Your team:

The role reports to the Logistics Manager Benelux and works cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and external logistics partners.

 

 

What makes you a great fit:

  • Proven experience in logistics coordination or customer service roles, ideally in an international FMCG environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and a hands-on mentality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with ERP systems (Navision preferred).
  • Comfortable communicating with different stakeholders and managing multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
