Administration & Finance Intern - Bolton Polska
We are looking for Administration & Finance Intern to join our F&A Team in Bolton Polska based in Warsaw.
How you make the difference
This role provides support to the Finance & Administration Department by assisting with day-to-day administrative and financial tasks. It contributes to the smooth functioning of internal processes and helps ensure that financial operations are carried out accurately and on time.
How your agenda looks like:
• Support the electronic archiving of contracts and accounting documents
• Assist with office supply management and coordination of team meetings and trainings
• Contribute to IT-related administrative tasks and internal projects
• Process supplier invoices using the OCR system and support monthly closing activities
• Prepare ad hoc reports and maintain updated accounting records
Your team:
You will be part of the Finance & Accounting team, working in direct contact with the F&A Manager. This will give you the opportunity to gain insight into both administrative and financial processes in an international context.
What makes you a great fit:
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Previous internship experience is a plus
• Good knowledge of English
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
