Key Account Manager - Bolton Croatia

We are looking for Key Account Manager Adhesives to join our Sales Team in Bolton Croatia

As a Key Account  Manager you will play crucial role in driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients.

Your ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions will directly contribute to the success of Bolton Croatia. The expected outcomes of this role include achieving sales targets, expanding our market presence and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

 

How your agenda looks like:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive sales growth, ensure long-term partnerships, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal and regional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Logistics, to deliver customized solutions and meet business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage contract negotiations and renewals to optimize client engagement and business profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans tailored to client needs, objectives, and challenges.
  • Oversee production forecasting and working capital management to ensure optimal stock levels and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with Distributors and Sales teams to maximize revenue through up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Ensure seamless communication and alignment between Distributors and internal stakeholders to enhance business performance.

 

Your team:

This role reports directly to the National Account Manager for Adhesives and functionally to the Adhesives Manager for the Adriatic Region, ensuring alignment with both national and regional business strategies.

 

What makes you a great fit:

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to mentor, lead, and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts efficiently.
  • Deep understanding of key clients, market positioning, and strategic business needs.
  • Experience with CRM software, advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (PPT, Excel), and Google Analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in key account management or sales, preferably in DIY and FMCG sectors.
  • Valid B-category driving license
  • Fluency in Croatian and English.
