Marketing Assistant - Bolton Croatia

We are looking for an Assistant to join our Marketing team in Bolton Croatia.

How you make the difference

Marketing Assistant is a position that supports marketing team, but also works closely with other departments, covering some logistics and office assignments.

How your agenda looks like:

Support in Marketing

·       Support in designing new POS materials and consumer promotional gadgets

·       Creating materials for smaller marketing projects (PR packages, events)

·       Translation of websites, product descriptions and brand articles

·       Support with marketing materials – image pages, customer catalogues, leaflets

·       In charge of logistics data, codes for new products, artwork and graphic check

·       Daily coordination of deliveries – ordering, collecting, checking, cost tracking

·       Management of consumer inquiries and complaints

Support in Logistics & Administration

·       Monthly and quarterly reports – labeling, POS materials, stock, pallets, etc.

·       Monitoring the process of copacking and repacking

·       Green tax calculation and registration

·       Safety data sheet management and update

·       Fully in charge of sending mail and packages

·       Office management support – ordering kitchen and office supplies

Your team:

You will report to Marketing Manager, but also support all Product Managers and members of Adhesives team.

What makes you a great fit:

·       Successfully completed studies in business administration with a focus on marketing or a comparable course of study

·       Excellent knowledge of English

·       Problem solving and continuous improvement mindset, team spirit, proactivity

·       Very good understanding of numbers and a talent for accuracy

·       Confident handling of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PPT)

·       Desire to work in FMCG company

Bolton Croatia is a 15-people organization with an office on the west side of Zagreb, Croatia. It is a part of Bolton International division led by Regional Manager Adriatics. This branch office has Sales & Marketing teams. Other departments are regional or located in Milan, Italy.
