At Bolton Hellas, we are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Marketing Representative Pharma and Beauty to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management & Development:

• Implement the Commercial Strategy within the assigned Client/Area, in line with the guidelines set by the channel/brand manager;
• Ensure the execution of national contracts, including promotions and assortments;
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities at the Point of Sale to achieve Sales/Profit Goals and Strategic objectives;
• Organize and plan daily routing/itinerary to meet the qualitative goals set by the Company.

Merchandising:

• Conduct merchandising activities at Points of Sale within the assigned Area;
• Manage stock effectively and optimize product display for maximum impact;
• Ensure the success of promotions and monitor their effectiveness, providing necessary support activities;
• Address any performance gaps in stores, including introducing new references and modifying assortment;
• Regularly monitor competition regarding pricing, promotional intensity, assortment changes, etc.

Skills And Competencies:

• Prior experience in the Pharma/Beauty industry is mandatory;
• Demonstrated leadership abilities;
• Strategic thinking and innovative approach;
• Strong teamwork skills;
• Persuasive selling techniques.
